DELINES RODRIGUEZ, Principal / School Leader Delines Rodriguez is a skilled instructional leader with deep experience leading charter schools and a passion for teacher development and parent engagement. She previously was the founding school principal at LEEP Dual Language Academy in Brooklyn, NY where she established the first school-wide, public dual language immersion model in New York City. She has also led elementary school instruction at the high-performing Hola Hoboken Dual Language Charter School and served as a teacher in the KIPP charter school network in Newark, NJ. Most recently, Ms. Rodriguez was the Partner and Implementation Manager for the Northern New Jersey region at Children's Literacy Initiative. In this role, she supported urban school district leaders in improving their students' literacy outcomes. Ms. Rodriguez is a graduate of Hunter College in New York City with an MA in Educational Leadership from Montclair State University.
