Cresthaven Academy Charter School proudly offers an updated, innovative, and enriching STEAM-based After School Program, designed to provide your child with an engaging, safe, and well-rounded experience after the school day ends.

PROGRAM DETAILS Kindergarten-5th Grade

PROGRAM HOURS
Grades K-5 Monday - Friday from dismissal until 6pm at 530 W. 7th St (Grades K-4)
Monday - Friday from dismissal until 5:45pm at 7-9 Watchung Ave (Grade 5)
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
Grades K-5 STEAM Emphasis: Our program will now be centered around Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) education, fostering creativity, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.

Academic Enrichment: The program includes dedicated time for homework assistance and academic enrichment to support your child's educational growth

Enriching Activities: Your child will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of hands-on and physical activities, experiments, arts & crafts, and interactive projects that promote learning.

Snack Included: All scholars will be provided with an after-school snack.
PROGRAM FEES
Grades K-5 Registration Fee: $25 per child (one-time payment)

Monthly Program Fee: $150 per child

Sibling Discount: Households with 2 or more siblings will pay a flat rate of $225 per month

Grades 6-7 Monday - Friday from dismissal until 4pm at 7-9 Watchung Ave (Grades 6 & 7)
Boys & Girls Club Option Monday - Friday from 4pm until 7pm at the Plainfield Clubhouse (145 Park Ave)
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
Grades 6-7 Academic Enrichment: The program includes dedicated time until 4pm for homework assistance and academic enrichment to support your child's educational growth

Boys & Girls Club Option: After 4pm, parents in need of additional care for their 6th and 7th graders can register for this optional program at an additional monthly fee of $25. At 4pm, After School staff members will escort all registered scholars safely to the Plainfield Clubhouse, located at 145 Park Ave, Plainfield. This convenient option allows parents to pick their scholar up directly from the Boys & Girls club location, ensuring a seamless and secure transition for scholars after school hours.

Snack Included: All scholars will be provided with an after-school snack.

Grades 6-7 Registration Fee: $25 per child (one-time payment)

Monthly Program Fee: $50 per child

Optional Boys & Girls Club Fee: Additional $25 per month

To enroll your child in the Cresthaven After School Program, please follow the steps outlined below.

Complete the Procare Registration Form.

Include each child in the same registration form.

Submit all required information and payment via Credit Card directly through the Procare platform.

Families registering multiple children will be billed the $25 registration fee separately for each additional child.

Please note that registration for the After School Program is completed on a first come, first served basis. We encourage you to enroll your child at your earliest convenience to secure their spot in this program.

A $0 account balance in Procare is required to enroll. If you need help checking your Procare balance, contact afterschool@cresthavenacademy.org
