Farhanah Mohamad is a Special Education Teacher at Cresthaven Academy. Farhanah graduated from Seton Hall University and majored in Social Behavioral Sciences with an intense emphasis in Elementary and Special Education. Previously, Farhanah served two years as a resource room teacher in Newark Uncommon Schools. She taught a variety of students and worked closely with the Child Study Team to improve each student’s learning experience. Farhanah is also an advocate for children and people with disabilities and continues to raise awareness in every way she can. When Farhanah is not teaching, she is spending time with family and friends, walking her Siberian Husky, Luca, or traveling the world.
