Our After School Program

Cresthaven Academy Charter School proudly offers an updated, innovative, and enriching STEM-based After School Program for Grades K-4, designed to spark curiosity and foster a love for STEM.  For Grades 5-8, an off-site After School Program is available to scholars and families through Cresthaven's ongoing community partnership with the Plainfield Boys and Girls Club (BGC).

Grades K-4
Monday - Friday 3:25pm - 6pm (K-4th Grade)

PROGRAM FEES
Grades K-4
Registration Fee: $25 per child (one-time payment)

Monthly Program Fee: $175 per child

Sibling Discount: Households with 2 siblings will pay a flat rate of $250 per month + $25 for each additional sibling

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
Grades K-4

STEM Emphasis: Our program is centered around Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education, fostering creativity, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.

Academic Enrichment: The program includes dedicated time for homework assistance and academic enrichment to support your child's educational growth

Enriching Activities: Your child will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of hands-on and physical activities, experiments, arts & crafts, and interactive projects that promote learning.

Snack Included: All scholars will be provided with an after-school snack.

K-4 REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

To enroll your child in the K-4 Cresthaven After School Program, please follow the steps outlined below. 

  1. Complete the Procare Registration Form for K-4.
  2. Include each child in the same registration form. 
  3. Submit all required information and payment via Credit Card directly through the Procare platform. 
  4. Families registering multiple children will be billed the $25 registration fee separately for each additional child. 

Please note that registration for the After School Program is completed on a first come, first served basis.  We encourage you to enroll your child at your earliest convenience to secure their spot in this program.  

A $0 account balance in Procare is required to enroll.  If you need help checking your Procare balance, contact gestrella@cresthavenacademy.org
